The program provides free orthodontic treatment for children under 14. Applications are assessed on financial eligibility, based on the federal government criteria Federal Low Income Cut-Offs (LICO), published by Statistics Canada.
Accepted applicants receive treatment from BC orthodontists who donate their time and one set of retainers.
