On behalf of our member dentists and dental specialists in BC, BCDA initiated the Your Dental Health education program to promote the important connection between oral and general health, and the value of regular dental care for the early detection and prevention of dental disease.
Dr. Bruce Ward is the spokesperson for BCDA's public education program. As a general practice dentist, Dr. Ward has practised for over 35 years. In addition to private practice, Dr. Ward teaches part-time at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry and is on the Advisory Committee for the Vancouver Aboriginal Health Society Dental Clinic.
